Manny Pacquiao dominates Joshua Clottey via Unanimous Decision

At Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38KOs) won a dominating, one-sided twelve round unanimous decision over Joshua Clottey (35-4, 20KOs) to retain his WBO welterweight title. The scores 120-108, 119-109 and 119-109.
At the start of the first, Pacquiao launched a bunch of punches but they were blocked by Clottey. The former champ from Ghana was throwing his jab but Pacquiao was throwing at least five punches to every jab from Clottey. Pacquiao was going to the body to make Clottey bring his hands down. The second saw Clottey go back on the jab. Pacquiao tried to break the defense and went back to the body. Clottey returned fire to the body. Pacquiao landed a counter and Clottey mocked him by dancing around. Clottey landed a good right but he wasn't busy enough to win the round. During the third round action, Clottey started to land some good rights and an uppercut. Pacquiao came right back with shots of his own to the body and the head. Clottey blocked most punches but he was still being outworked. Clottey landed a good right hand as Pacquiao walked in. Pacquiao went right back to working over Clottey's body.
Pacquiao went right back to body at the start of the fourth. Pacquiao was starting to let his hands go, throwing a lot punches while trying to break Clottey's guard. Pacquiao was breaking him down in the corner but Clottey was able to get out and tried to counter. Pacquiao went right back to the body. Clottey would later hit Pacquiao to the body with a counter and a good left hand. Clottey began to apply a lot of pressure at the start of the fifth. Pacquiao tried to do his best to break Clottey's guard. Pacquiao continued to go to the body. Clottey landed a few good punches but Pacquiao came right back with a variety of combinations. The sixth saw Clottey being defensive and Pacquiao baiting him to fight. Pacquiao continued to throw and throw to outwork Clottey. Pacquiao was landing back to the body when Clottey opened up to land a combo.
Clottey opened up a bit at the start of the seventh. Pacquiao started to throw some combos in return. Pacquiao went back to Clottey's body with a big assault of punches and continued to throw nearly 100 punches per round. In the eight, Clottey went to the body. Pacquiao went back to the head and body with punches. Clottey was doing more blocking than punching in every round. Pacquiao unloaded with multiple combinations at the end of the round to the head and body. The ninth was more of Clottey being overwhelmed with punches. Clottey had no answers and stayed in a shell.

In the eleventh, Clottey actually began to let his hands go and caught Pacquiao with some uppercuts and a few left hands. Pacquiao was firing back so many more punches that Clottey was not able to keep up and would quickly return back to a shell.
