Ana "The Hurricane" Julaton fought like a wounded Filipino warrior but proved to be no match against the durable Lisa "Bad News" Brown.
Julaton, with blood flowing from both eye brows, managed to survive 10 rounds with Brown but suffered a unanimous decision defeat during their title bout for the vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) female super bantamweight crown Saturday (Sunday in Manila) at the Casino Rama, Rama, Ontario, Canada.
All three judges scored the fight in favor of Brown (99-92, 99-91 and 100-91) with Julaton winning only the first round. – GMANews.TV
