Angel Locsin is set to open her business Fuel Up Bar and KTV in Quezon City on April 23, her birthday.
During its soft opening recently, Angel said there are still things that need to be done in the watering hole.
“Hindi pa tapos ‘yung interior eh. Pero we’re excited. Sana puntahan n’yo,” she said on "Showbiz News Ngayon," March 29.
The actress is investing her money wisely in order to save for the rainy days.
“Hindi mo naman masasabing forever ‘yung trabaho mo or forever steady ang income mo. So ngayon, habang kumikita ka pa ng malaki, i-invest mo. Kahit hindi ka na magtrabaho in the future, meron kang mahuhugutan basta nag-invest ka lang,” she said.
Lately, rumors of Angel going alcoholic have been going around showbiz town. Angel was alleged to have become a drunkard who frequents bars with friends.
Angel’s relationship with her dad has been strained because of the unfounded rumors.
“Actually, kami ngayon ni daddy, meron kaming hindi pagkakaunawaan kasi naniniwala siya sa issue na alcholic ako,” she divulged in her interview on “The Buzz.”
Angel said her bar "tour" is mere immersion process in preparation for her role as a prostitute in her first movie with Aga Muhlach.
“Kailangan ko ring ma-experience talaga (ang pag-inom). Sa group ko, sa friends ko, sa career ko rin kasi [ay] may mga bagay na hindi mo naman basta pwedeng iimbento ang emosyon, ‘di ba?” she explained.
